Terms of delivery

Payment methods

We accept international credit cards as payment methods in our webshop. As soon as your payment is accepted you will receive order confirmation to your email. 

Delivery methods and delivery time

We use Postnord for deliveries outside Finland. Normally we send the products within 1-5 working days of the order. During campaign periods, there may be processing times of 1-3 weeks. 

You will receive an email notification of the tracking number when your order has been sent. Please make sure that your email-addres and phone number is correct. Also check you email trashbox if you havent received confirmation.

Delivery Fee

Postnord/Matkahuolto delivery in Finland 9,90€. Baltics/Europe deliveries via Postnord 19,95€.

Pick up from Golf Sky stores in Finland: Free.

Uncollected parcel shipped back to us, fee 9,90€.

Sales area

We ship to most of European union-countries. We do not ship to countries where customs clearance is required.

Returns: 14 Days open purchase

If you wish to return items you have a 14 day return right from receiving your order. The return cost is 80 SEK or 8 EUR and this fee is subtracted from the value of the returned item(s) at the time of the payment of the refund.
The item that is returned must be unused and packed in its original package. Labels should remain intact on garments. Products and item box (eg. shoe box) must be well packed and protected during shipment in a separate box. Please do not place the return label directly on the original item box in case of shoes.
Please place Return Drop Off-label on the package. You will find the return label in the package that your order was delivered in.

Take your return  to the nearest Postnord office/agent
When we have processed your return you will get an email.
Please note that some of our emails might end up  in the email spam folder.
We do not handle product exchanges only returns.

Delivery failure

Please check your shipping as soon as you have received it. If there any fault in the shipment when you receive it, please report it to courier immediately.
