Processing of personal data in GoGolf Group Oy
GoGolf Group Oy (later referred as the Group), which Golf Sky is part of, is committed to protecting the security of its customers and to processing of all personal information in a secure and encrypted manner. We do not sell, resell or exchange personal information to third parties without your consent. 1. Why do we collect personal information and what information do we collect?
We collect and use your personal information for various purposes. Depending on who you are and through what we are connected to you. We collect the following personal information for the purposes stated here:
- Registration of sales orders for shipment: name, address, telephone number and email address. The processing is based on a purchase agreement with you.
- Registration of completed purchases from our online store: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and date of birth. The processing is based on a purchase agreement with you.
- Creating and managing users in the “Member Pages” section: name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth. Processing is based on a user agreement with you.
- Sending newsletters, offers and information: name, address, telephone number, email address and date of birth. Processing is based on your consent.
Sending personal offers and marketing and advertising via SMS, e-mail, the Internet and social media: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, behavioral information in golfsky.fi and other Group services, as well as previous purchase history in our Group services. Participation in the Group's competitions: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and date of birth. Processing is based on your consent.
Responses to customer service inquiries: name, address, telephone number, email address, and any personal information that may be relevant to the inquiry. Processing of personal information includes the questions asked of you.
To ensure a good customer experience in our Group's online services using cookies. The processing of personal information is based on the interests of our customers. We have deemed this necessary in order to adapt and develop our online services to provide the best service to our customers.
2. Disclosure of personal information to others
We will not share your personal information with anyone else unless there is a legal basis for such action. Examples of this are typically explicit consent from you or a legal ground that obliges us to provide the information.
Once you have given your consent to receive personal and general offers of our Group’s services via SMS, email, the Internet and social media, the Group may provide personal information processed for this purpose to other companies. GoGolf Group uses data processors to process personal information on our behalf. In such cases, we have entered into agreements with information service providers to ensure security at all stages of the processing. We use the following service providers for data processing:
Custobar: profile data (name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, purchase history, browsing history) is used to send marketing campaigns and newsletters and to improve customer understanding.
Valtti / Prestashop: profile data is used to monitor and maintain your information on the Group's platforms (eg "Member Pages").
The Rocket Science Group: Contact information, email or phone, is used to send marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Google Analytics: We use this to analyze, among other things, where users come from, how often they visit our site, and where the connection comes from.
The processing of your personal data takes place in the EU / EEA, except when we process your personal data when sending newsletters. For this, we use a US service provider, The Rocket Science Group. When transferring data to the United States, our supplier is subject to the standard contract terms approved by the EU Commission. This means that our suppliers protect your personal information, as we do when processing in the EU and the EEA.
3. Data retention period
We will retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which the personal information was collected.
This means, for example, that we will delete your personal data, which we will process on the basis of your consent if you withdraw your consent. Personal data processed in the sales and purchase agreement will be deleted when the consent agreement has been fulfilled and all obligations under the agreement have been fulfilled. 4. Your rights to the processing of personal data
You have the right to see, correct or delete your personal information that we process about you. You also have the right to request limited processing, object to processing, and claim the right to data portability.

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. The easiest way to do this is by following the link at the bottom of each newsletter. You can also change and view personal information in the "Member Pages" section and revoke your consent there.
We ask that you verify your identity or provide additional information before we can grant you access to exercise your rights. We do this to ensure that we only give you access to change your personal information, not the person who impersonates you.
5. Complaints
You have no obligation to make your personal information available to our Group, but in order to receive offers and services from our Group as described in Section 1, the processing of personal information is a prerequisite.
